We’re using an online survey to engage workers on the issues which matter to them as part of our WorksForUs project. The survey is delivered by CoWorker, a US-based organisation which has had success in making improvements to the lives of Starbucks and Uber workers.

Works for us
WorksForUs in an 18-month project which aims to understand how unions can better reach workers in non-unionised workplaces. We’re exploring what language chimes with workers when we talk about unions, which social media channels are used by workers when they talk about work, and what issues get raised.
